30 days, for any reason. Changed your mind, did not love it, bought the wrong one — all fine. Email us and we will tell you where to send it.
Return postage is on you, and we refund the price of the toy. Your refund goes back to the card you paid with 3–5 business days after the toy reaches us.
If it turns up broken or wrong, that is on us. Send a photo to izzy@izzy.la and we will replace it or refund you in full — no return needed, and no postage to pay.
